I have neuropathy in my feet. When the burning, the pins and needles feeling begins to surface, I use Mountain Ice roll on. It cools the burn, relieves some of the pain so I can fall asleep. When my arthritis is acting up in my knees or I have aches with my hips I roll on the Mountain Ice and it relieves the pain so I can get on with my day. I have been using Mountain gel and now the roll on for a few years and it helps me for sure with my aches and pains.
I can feel the difference using this. It is better than IcyHot

I suffer from a variety of lower back pain, left leg nerve damage pain, many arthritic conditions related from post traumatic injuries that have developed into arthiritis. After four 4 pain clinics using Steroids, NSAIDS use that has destroyed my kidneys, and many OTC topicals I decided to try Mountain Ice. It has been a surprisingly effect gel to not just mask pain for a couple hours but help with inflammation and pain signal reduction.
I like the way I can put it on without getting the gel on my hands and having to wash my hands afterwards.
So far it appears to be doing what it claims to. We wil see after It has been used for some time.
