As I was looking for way to remedy arthritis pain, I car across the ad and saw the reviews so I tried it and so far I like it. I think it works for arthritis pain especially the green and I think I might two more tubes

I’m only a few days into using mountain ice I did get relief in my knee I should probably be more deligent to apply mountain ice more than once a day that being said it must be working.
It also is helping my lower back.
My husband uses Mountain Ice on his knees before riding his back. I have Sciatic pain and I get relief using this.
