We have tried many, many applications including gels and patches. Mountain Ice seems to do the job as described! While applying, the ordor and cold feel are not overwhelming but after a few minutes, the gel begins its healing process! Infact, after using the tube, we progressed to the 32oz container!

This muscle gel is very strong compared to the green tube. It really helps my foot and part of my ankle. The moment I put it on, I feel it working.
