I started out with the roll on, used it for a couple of weeks. It alleviated some pain, however I decided to try the gel. I received the gel a couple of days ago and it lasts much longer than the roll on. It has helped with me only using it for one day. I would recommend this to anyone who has arthritis in the knees or neuropathy in the hands
I have been on Mountain Ice for over a week and I've managed to keep pain to a minimum. Mountain Ice is the best topical I have ever tried and I have tried them all.

This is the first time I have tried Mountain Ice Muscle Therapy Gel I generally use Original Relief Gel which I have been very happy with. I found the Muscle Relief Gel to go on smoothly, absorb into the skin and seemed to give relief for a longer period of time. I have been very pleased with the results, the next time I place an order I will switch over to the Muscle Relief Gel.

I just wanted you to know it has been a godsend to me. The pain I have in my shoulder has turned out to be a tear in one of my muscles. It’s not from injury, it’s degenerative because of my age. I also have pain in my hip that’s caused me to use my cane. I’m not sure of the cause yet, but 2x a day I apply the jel to my shoulder and arm, and also my hip area. Once it starts penatrating, it makes me feel so much better. Once applied this lasts for hours. Thank you!
I purchased the roll on product to see if it would help my 90+ year old dad with the neuropathy pain he has suffered for years. Nothing his doctors have prescribed for him has given him any relief. He tried the roll on Mountain Ice product and was amazed! It gave him relief from the pain very quickly, and with an extra application at bedtime, he was comfortable throughout the night. We will be purchasing more of this product in the future, and I am looking forward to trying the other products myself. Please don't sell out to a larger company that will water down your formula. It is helping people as is!
