I have a number of back, neck and shoulder issues which I am treated for with a neurologist and occasional back injections. Mountain Ice roll-on seems to help quite a bit with the pains I have and has a pleasant scent. I will continue to use it as long as I continue getting some pain relief from it.

I have been using mountain ice for close to a year now. I think it is amazing! I have been told several times that I need to have my shoulders replaced, but since using Mountain Ice my shoulders feel so much better. Stop wasting your money and icy, hot Aspercreme, CBD ointment, etc. not nice is skin friendly. I have very sensitive skin can only use icy hot on my shoulders and calves, but not on my back, use CBD oil ointment on my back, no longer, use the muscle relief on my muscles and then the ache relief the green one anywhere I have arthritis starting you won’t believe the relief it gives me. I apply it with a spatula so my hands don’t get all full of it. I am 64 and shoe horses and play softball twice a week during the summer mountain nice makes it so much nicer. My muscles don’t cramp and my arthritis doesn’t slow me down.
